Going to try out this spec. If Arms is viable then it will add 4% more physical damage to targets to all raid members.

But I think that Pain suppression would be better since it drops some agro (always good) and with the right glyph can be casted when stunned.

Rend procs Taste for Blood which allows the use of Overpower. It procs all the time. By not taking Unrelenting Assault you lose 20% damage on Overpower.
