Was messing around while stuck on duty, and came up with this.

better dps with the ele up, give it some spell resist, and make Ice Lance usefull for PvE. Don't increase the health, so it's not OP'd for arena's. and give a replenishment to make the slight dps loss worthwhile.

Just my ideas
